Here attaching my sugar report as I have continuously pulling pain in left hand so done with sugar test as I am a diabetic patient awaiting for your reference

Pulling pain in left hand is s just vague explanation of symptoms . You have not localise the pain , what intensity , what type of pain: it it burning or muscular , or is just tingling sensation . You adding the pain with your current disease T2DM , any specific cause just you think about it . Okk let’s talk about your left hand pain , as sugar is control , sugar not directly causing pain even muscular pain , neurological, vascular and other of pain can associated with diabetes . If the pain is localised to hand only it may be carpal tunnel syndrome only , other possibilities may present go for NCV test , ESR . Take analgesic for 5 days with PPI

Hi, Please Do ECG . At present you can take muscle relaxant. Pain is less likely because of Diabetic condition . Ur report is good 👍..sugar is well controlled . You Can me connect for further information
