I am facing severe hair fall and hair loss issue past 4 months. I am a vegetarian. Started biotin 1000mcg a month back. Have tried many remedies, but nothing is working. Loosing approx 200-500 hair in a day if combing. Have stopped combing my hair and shampooing once a week. Tried shikakai,reetha Shampoo also. I am also taking moringa powder in water. No other health related issue. My weight is 57 kgs. I had alopecia patch in the centre of my scalp but now few hair strands have started growing there but my hair loss n fall isn't recovering.
