I have Hypothyroid from Last 8 years. My age is 30 years. I have tried ao many doctors from Sir Gangaram to BLK to Venkateshwara Hospital Dwarka. Now I want to cure my Hypothyroid in Homeopathy. My TSH is 214 and T4 is 3.40 "Kindly suggest me a good Homeopathic Doctor."

I'm having common cold like and low grade 99.5 fever with nasal irritation/sneezing/ headache/ sinus issues, since yesterday, taking homeopathic medicine given by my doctor.. can I also take multivitamins like becosules or lycopene red for immunity

Ayush Mantraliye has suggested Arsenicum Album 30 as a prevention of Covid 19 ,they suggested to take one dose for 3 days empty stomach, repeat this after one month, My question is that the given medicine is in the shape of small balls,How many balls do i need to take in one dose?
