As prescribed by ayush mantraliye , Arsenicum album 30 each dose for 3 days empty stomach each month, But in market i am able to get SBL Arsenicum Album 30C in liquid dilution form,My problem is ,does an extra C in name makes it different from actual medicine prescribed by ayush mantraliye, and for liquid dilution how much quantity means 1 dose, and how to take that medicine?

In my hand a wart appeared and it remain same from January bt from tomorrow it turns to red and becomes big also itching starts and very little pain I feel. I m very much worried about it. Is it contagious? I applied thuja on it bt no result found. It is long time like 9_10months bt still not cured. Some doctors said it is molluscum contagiosum. I don't know what it is and what to do?
