Much hair loss since 2 months. Using an ayurvedic shampoo and applying oil regularly .Then too I have much hairfall, very dry and rough hair with little dandruff

I have done  the blood test , ultrasound, cystoscopy test. Nothing is found. I was consult urologist doctor. They give me the medicine like antibiotics, prostate medicine and over active bladders. But these medicine effect are short term like 6 to 8 month. Kindly help me.

In my hand a wart appeared and it remain same from January bt from tomorrow it turns to red and becomes big also itching starts and very little pain I feel. I m very much worried about it. Is it contagious? I applied thuja on it bt no result found. It is long time like 9_10months bt still not cured. Some doctors said it is molluscum contagiosum. I don't know what it is and what to do? I am having acne in my chin region and I have this acne frequently appearing which is quiet big and painful and leaving marks .I am having small pores all around my cheek chin and forehead region..and my skin is quiet kily which was not like this before but its like oily everytime.lot of blackheads all around chin cheek and forehead. Please guide for treatment...like can we apply vit cor aloevera
