My mom is 71 years old. She doesn't have sugar or any major heart disease. She has thyroid and takes eltroxin. Can i give her arsenicum album 30 as a precaution from covid 19? If yes, then what should be dosage and for how many days?

Suffering from skin infection, am unsure of it's type whether it is a ringworm or fungal infection. Feeling extreme itching on white spots on forearm, knee & wrist. Earlier it was a small circle now the white spots are spreading.
