Ayush Mantraliye has suggested Arsenicum Album 30 as a prevention of Covid 19 ,they suggested to take one dose for 3 days empty stomach, repeat this after one month, My question is that the given medicine is in the shape of small balls,How many balls do i need to take in one dose?

I am experiencing earache since last one month. First it seemed that it is a toothache but with time now it is confirmed that it is earache. Due to it my gums are also swollen and I am also experiencing headache. Currently I am taking five phos,calc.sulph,nat.sulph,nat.mur,silicea,calc.flour and kali mur tablets in 200x potency. Whenever I feel pain I take those above all the medicine and immediately pain subsidies. I want to know are these above biochemic medicines are safe? I have to take it 4-5 times in 24 hours. Can I take it long term? I have a history of mouth ulcer and sinusitis.

I am having tailbone pain since last one year, it started after I had fissure issue, but even after healing of fissure it is there. I don't know if they are related. But I can't sit by relaxing my back.., on pressing that area also it hurts...there is no swelling and also I had MRI test but it showed nothing...what could be the reason, please suggest some medicine.

From the month of april to May I had red spots (kind of chapaki) after every bath and dry patches on chest. But now it is cured by homeopathy. In LFT KFt- Urea was 16.60 mg/dL. Bio ref. Interval on report was 17.00-43.00 Mean platelet value(MPV) was 12.30 fL. Bio ref. Interval om report was 6.50-12.00 I'm very worried about it. Is it folliculitis or keratosis pilaris or what? Please help me.
