There are aging and postural degenerative issues in your cervical and dorsal vertebrae which may be causing numbness/pain/stiffness/ abnormal sensation in neck and upper limbs. External heat application (hot water rubber bottle fomentation), exercises( physiotherapy), correct posture, avoiding pillow, high protein and calcium intake in diet may bring improvement if supplemented with homoeopathic treatment.
