I have started taking medicine for my anxiety and depression so how much time will homeopathy take to cure it?

So I want to ask what to eat and what to not when I am having blind pimples on which inside it is full of cyst and pus. Its getting larger. What to eat. Can I have milk curd and lassi because ACording to me these causes pus. And further u tell.

Please help in suggesting the medicine to get immidiate relived from strong period pain, cramps along with back pain .

I had an incident of posterior epistaxis last month.I consulted a ent nearby.i took antibiotics,antihistamine and nasal drops as prescribed and the problem of epistaxis didn't occur anymore.Also,he told me to get my CT-PNS done(I already did my blood test,X-ray before that). It's showing polyploidal mucosal thickening in my left maxillary sinus.After few days I started having some symptoms like pressure on my nose root,behind the eyes and mild headaches. I believe these are all symptoms of the polyp. Is it possible to cure it completely with homeopathy? Need proper help and medications.
