Can I take green tea and cooked / fried onion with taking homeopathy medicines ?What other  foods need to avoided if we are taking homeopathy medicines?

My mother had fever last for two days i gave her antibiotics and dolo650 and fever gone but now she has dry cough kindly suggest me any homeopathic medicine for dry cough with doses
