My mother had fever before 8 days for only one day and fever gone by giving her dolo I also gave her antibiotic for 5 days after fever she start coughing and cough is sometimes stop for while and when comes then it happend more and sometime come and go She dont have cold or nose block or any fever Her voice is like she has cold but she dont have cold actually Cough is more in morng and evening I purchase bryonia 30 ch And drosera 200 ch If these are helpful then please suggest me dosage

I humbly request you to mention the names of medicines which are commonly applicable and general in nature rather than personality specific. My mom's leg cramps are relieved with mag phos 30 dilution also and mag phos 6x biochemic also. What what is the real difference between the dilutions and biochemics especially when even the names of medicines remain same. Similarly I have seen that runny nose is relieved by natrum mur 30 ( dilution) as well as natrum mur biochemic 6x . So please help me know when to use biochemic and when to use dilution.
