Homeopathy is helpful for migrain spondylis weakness and ear pain acidity and constipation . I have several problems and I m studing for competative exam. due to my health issue there is always problem in my study and timetables Plz help me doctors

I am facing severe hair fall and hair loss issue past 4 months. I am a vegetarian. Started biotin 1000mcg a month back. Have tried many remedies, but nothing is working. Loosing approx 200-500 hair in a day if combing. Have stopped combing my hair and shampooing once a week. Tried shikakai,reetha Shampoo also. I am also taking moringa powder in water. No other health related issue. My weight is 57 kgs. I had alopecia patch in the centre of my scalp but now few hair strands have started growing there but my hair loss n fall isn't recovering. Please help.

In March I had eczema in both feet between fingers. It was rectified by application of 2 allopathic creams. While curing, now I have some internal packed feeling problem in soles of both feet. The skin feels wornout. So I use a chapal inside the house to feel better. The problem is there for 3 months.

I have two following queries 1. One homeopathy doctor prescribed me arsenic album 3c twice daily . It means how many drops of medicine I should take at a time ??? 2. In homeopathy one dose means one drop if taken in liquid form ??

Hi Doctor, I m having plies problem as well as i am feeling fissure issue because  while passing the stool i am getting severe pain on all area. I m taking homeopathic treatment since 5 days and medicines  are Nux Vomica 200c, Aloe Socotrine 30ch, Natrium phosphoricum 6* and Aesculus hippocastanum 30c After taking these medicines didn't get relief in pain and   i m getting pain on my knees after taking Aesculus hippocastanum 30c  so i know homoeopath is not having any side affect but still why i m getting pain Also should i visit to the doctor or else through online  can i get relief on issues. Whole day i m feeling pain that to severe plz help me and suggest me whether i need homoeopath or allopathic medicine or online /offline consultation.
