Without proper internal medicine external application will not help much. Take proper homoeopathic treatment.

Use curd to wash your hair and keep curd for 2 hrs there, thereafter wash hair with ordinary soap and water. Do not use any shampoo on that day when you use curd. Keep your comb, soap, towel and pillow separate. Wash the towel, pillow cover with warm water and dry them in direct sun light.
Next Steps
Also take homoeopathic medicine indicated, and advised by a registered homoeopathic doctor. However faith in doctor, and patience will be the key of success.
