Recent my friend week ago back done endoscopy. Mention lak less and haitus hernia . Is this cure in meditation or surgery only option plz let me. Waiting for reply Or its serious issue. Facing 3years from gastric taking antacid no relief.

My mother who is diabetic feels heaviness in body whenever she is walking or standing for a year now. While sitting she is fine. When she got the tests done a year back..all her tests were fine, except vit D. She keeps taking vit D supplements also. Is it some illness? What can we do..improve diet or take medicine?

Can we take homeopathic medicine and ayurvedic together? Or is there any problem in taking both medicine together.

Suffering from unusual anxiety with heart rate of 85 to 125 bpm only if I think something. Apart from that I feel normal. After lockdown due to this started with some indigestion issue(like soft.stools every morning only one time, some burping in stomach, chest discomfort, heart burning sometimes). I need some best solution since I was well before lockdown. Only after this I'm having all these above issues. One doctor suggested lot of tests and I don't think those tests may needed.
