Iam experiencing severe upper back right side pain from 3 months, no injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement. Using homeopathy medicines from 9 days, but no improvement. What i have to do please reply. Please suggest some tests & which MRI I have to take.

My Creatinine level is 1.43 My GFR is 66 And Phosphorus level is 5.81 Everything else is Normal.. Should I worry about it?? I have tested for Urine RE but there traces of protein is found.. If this is due to Chronic Kidney disease is there any cure or treatment available or I would progress to kidney failure I m so afraid plz help me..
