As prescribed by ayush mantraliye , Arsenicum album 30 each dose for 3 days empty stomach each month, But in market i am able to get SBL Arsenicum Album 30C in liquid dilution form,My problem is ,does an extra C in name makes it different from actual medicine prescribed by ayush mantraliye, and for liquid dilution how much quantity means 1 dose, and how to take that medicine?
