I keep getting boils on my face, inner thighs etc which subsides automatically or sometimes after I apply turmeric paste. Few of my friends advise me to drink SAFI as it's a blood purifier and will prevent these types of boils. While searching online, there are mixed reviews. How safe it is to take SAFI?? How much helpful it will be for my case?? What should be the prescribed dosage?? Pls advise

My foot is vey fastly cracking daily. Iam using soap &sodapowder dipdip. After iam using moisturing crm /oint contain urea. Scks using covering. After1 month. No effect cracking increases.plz tell solution🙏

Whenever my mother eats something, takes bath or when goes to sleep. Very bad urge starts to scratch all body. When i stand and walk after waking up in morning i feel pain under/bottom of my feet in centre only. It continue for 20-25 seconds and thn vanished away. Hi doctor, I am having piles problem and its external because one tiny gurda is outside and i got this problem due to constipation n having this issue around 5 years. But pain is not continues it depends on my food , if my intake food quality is good then i don't get any issue  but since 5 days i m suffering  from piles and day by day pain is increasing so i wanted to end this issue for lifetime .
