I have tried various homeopathic meds for pains no one worked Should i try ADEL 4 for pain in rheumatoid arthritis

Iam taking homeopathy medicines from 4 days for upper back right side pain. But there is no improvement in my condition . Can I take muscle relaxants with homeopathy medicines.
