Vitamin C is abundantly available in citrus fruits like Mousami, Oranges, lemon etc. besides other fruits and veggies. Green amla is another good source of it. Howeverif after consuming these still you need supplement to remove deficiency of Vit. C, then some thing is wrong thats why your systems/body is not assimilating it.
Next Steps
Please improve your intake of natural sources as indicated above. However no harm is there if you take supplement under supervision of a qualified dietician or / and a doctor. Mind it that excess intake of supplements is not good either.
