I am attaching my USG report. Please suggest cure for the defect and best practices. How serious is it, no pain as such.

I have PCOD and Thyroid related problem since 3 years and was under allopathy medication for PCOD for 2 years and lately I have discontinued taking those medications and had switched to Unani medication but dint get any great results I am thinking to switch my treatment to homeopathy. Because of my irregular menstruation and thick facial hair I am really feeling depressed. Kindly suggest me what is to be done and in what way this condition will be cured.

Can homeopathy treats severe  hair fall my scalp is visible I am going bald because huge hairs are falling out I am depressed as people told me that it cannot be reversed is it so how to identify reversible or irrevisible hair problems my doctor has not told me anything right now and has asked me to carry out ferratin test . Hi, I m underweight my height is 5.7" and weight is 43 kg.i am 27 year old! I hve no medical issue and i have done so much medical test like CBC, Endoscopy,LFT,Vit B12, CECT ABODOMEN,All comes normal. But i have poor appetite and i am so skinny! I am suffering from severe hairfall from last one year I visited allopathic doctor first he gave me minioxdil, hair supplements and dandruff shampoo which doesn't work at all in 4 month than I totally left minioxdil because it was not working and it's known side effects. Than I stopped taking medicines for 3 month and have tried with a homeopathic doctor for next 3 month but here again the medicines didn't work .yesterday I visited a new homeopath doctor who checked my scalp physically as well as through a machine  ( it was the first time my scalp was analysed) as per the analysis I don't have any dandruff nor any infections but hair roots have inflammation though I fell I have dandruff because I get flakes when I scratch my hairs and even sometimes in combing. My scalp itches and pains as per the doctor it may be due to the inflamation she has asked me to get my feratin tested because I have lost blood for 5 continous month due to fissures. is she right ?? I am quite worried
