99 temp in mouth is not normal. But dont panic it for covid. In this season fever is very common due to season change, rainy weather, profuse sweating etc. Please do not panic. Take temperature every 3 hours interval. Check for other symptoms. Take vapour and gurgle twice a day. Consult homoeopathic physician.
Next Steps
1. take multivitamin 2. vitamin E supplement. 3. Vitamin D supplement. 4. Take lemon and oranges and sweet lemon 5. vitamin c and zinc tablets.

Physiologically the body temperature can rise upto 99.5 in evening. So yes it is normal. The feeling of weakness can be related to some other reason. With proper details will be able to help. Feel free to consult in case required.

Body temperature varies through out the day. But do you have any respiratory symptoms? Have you consulted your regular physician? Further, you seem to be overweight, workout for that.

Any other associated complaints? Consume atleast two lemons and an green amla daily, in whatever manner you like. Take atleast 3 to 4 litres of water/liquids daily. Also do gargles with saline warm water and inhale steam atleast once a day as a protective mechanism.Take light but nutritious food complemented with seasonal fruits.Take rest and ensure sound sleep.
Next Steps
Note your temprature, and if it continues like as told by you even after two days of following said suggestions then you may take Gelsemium 3o, three times a day for 3 days.
Health Tips
You appears to be overweight though it has nothing to do with your existing problem but never the less take all steps to reduce it by diet control and regular long walks. Do take care of Thyroid as well.
