I have fordyce spots on my upper lip and corners of both side ...all are embarrassing,the are non itchy, not irritable ..but how can get rid of these from root...because increasing day by day

Hi, i'm suffering from chronic acid reflux problem over 6 months now. I'm scared for having endoscopy done. My throat area does not feel good. Though I don't have any issue in swallowing but I'm having lesions at the tonsils area on the right tonsil. I become anxious because of it and hence become irritated and angry on myself. This gives me restlessness as well. Can homeopathy treat me and how long is the treatment required?

I am suffering from GERD from more than 6 years and 2 months back I got mild burning pain in stomach and was just managing it somehow but did an endoscopy few days back and has told as GERD with mild hiatus hernia so just started taking lords Hernil drops 3 times in a day before food but after taking this I have got burning urine and urine is reddish and drop by drop.is it anything to be worried about or how

I am using homeopathic medicines from last 10 days for hair fall till how much time excess hair fall will reduce I am taking tuja alternative days acid flour twice a day alumen twice a day and a mixture of Thuja, jaborandi and ceanonthus with juice applied on scalp at night the hairfall is caused due to stopping allopathic medicine minioxdil which I take for a  spot in front of my head where I have few hairs such that scalp was visible but I did not have hairfall before taking allopathic medicine but due to this medicine I shed a lot both on and after medicine

History- i have pcos from 2016. First i was treated by a dermotologist for 6months then it cured again, happened in 2018.in 18 diagnosed by it and took homepathy medicine but later couldn't continue because  where i live further.2019  again i went to endrocronologist he gave me metformin and birth control pill and siral i dont remember medicine i continued treatment for 7 month and i lost 8kg from 76-70 but medicine was not suiting me i was having frequent urination and diziness i told for 3months but he didn't listen.so left it and won't leave I had laser from 2019 till jan - 2020  i had no period for 2 months in starting of month and i continued my treatment in homeo but lockdown didn't help. in june now its been 41 days delay till now.. i am having facial hairs ( like triggered because i left medicine and acne and i am also gaining weight. i want some doctor who would help with continous treatment. i am really feeling hopeless and need to to seriously continue my medication :(

Hlo doc I used globate cream nd it's now skin so sensitive of mine for 6 month now I left dis cream around 5 month nd my main prblm is dat cheek area is red nd small acne nd itching lots of can I plz see pic nd tl is dis resusea or not coz some dot said it is skin irritation nd some says resocea

I had fully baldness so I did hair transplant 1 years ago. But I have to use minoxidil with steroids for life time to keep transplanted hair. Which is not good for health obviously. Instead of minoxidil and steroids, can I start using any homeopathy medicine or treatment for long lasting of my hair. Please suggest.
