I am having severe pain in fingers from 15 /20 days which is increasing day by day with stiffness. Doing exercise n warm water dips. Had few test in which vitamin D came out 10.Ra factors n thyroid was normal. Is it due to stomach n immunity related. Like vaat as said in Ayurveda. I am afraid can it chg to arthritis? I need help n cure for my upcoming arthritis pain in fingers pls. It usually happens at nigh. Need help. Pls prescribe some gud medicine which can cure my pain for ever. Thanks

My mother who is diabetic feels heaviness in body whenever she is walking or standing for a year now. While sitting she is fine. When she got the tests done a year back..all her tests were fine, except vit D. She keeps taking vit D supplements also. Is it some illness? What can we do..improve diet or take medicine?
