Hi am trying to lose some pounds by dieting and lil exercise. Am taking alfalfa tonic for my overall health n weakness suggested by a Homeopathy doctor.  But I guess it's causing me weight gain, which I dnt wanna though I want to be healthy and energetic.  I want to know if it leads to weight gain?  Also any other alternative I can take for well-being which doesn't add to weight gain n gives the same health benefits.
