Firstly, high blood pressure is not diagnosed on Single reading. Consult cardiologist for any underlying cause.

According to the image you have Isolated Systolic Hypertension Isolated systolic hypertension is defined as systolic blood pressure above 140 mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure under 90 mm Hg. It's the most frequent type of hypertension in older adults. An estimated 15 percent of people 60 years or older have isolated systolic hypertension.
First of all try to get it rechecked by mercury based instrument.
Then get it checked atleast two times a day in both sitting and lying position, . BP differs in both hands also so compare it by taking in both hands.

Systolic blood pressure is ok but diastolic is little higher side
Daily check BP if it comes same.
Then do some exercise if doesn't come down will need medicine

If you have not taken any medicine till now then first you should make some lifestyle changes like low salt intake, daily some exercise, even pranayama helps. Avoid unwanted stress and tension. See if it controls it.
If it does not help then my advise is not to take medicines on random suggestions or over the counter.
Consult and take proper treatment.
And very important is time to time check up of the blood pressure to see the reponse of treatment.

Since how long are you having diastolic pressure around 99mm of hg.Are you taking any allopathic medication for B.P? If you have noticed recently I would suggest you to monitor the BP morning and evening for 3 consecutive days before starting homoeopathic medication.Since digital reading of B.P there will be slight variation I would prefer you to get examined from the normal sphygmomanometer.
