High blood pressure
I am examine my blood pressure levels for past 45 days and it's been in range of 160/110 or 150/100. it's high..
I would like to know the measures to low it down.
I have stopped eating normal salt. only use fasting salt or Sindu salt as we say.
I would like to go for homoeopathic medicines. need your advice on this.
