There are two types of medicines in homeopathy...
Some medicines like Rauwolfia, Crataegus, Aurum Met, Lachesis etc can help control it better if prescribed just on the basis of diagnosis... but it may not cure if does not match to the whole case.
The other one is selected on the whole case study and matching to the whole case. It can cure hypertension...
