Food does not affect the body, I have taken all types of vitamins, nothing seems to be eating on time,  be sleepy on time ख्याल पिया खाना शारिर को लगता नहीं है ठीक समय प्रति खाता हूं ठीक समय प्रति सोता हूं और और भुख भी लगता है फिर भी वजह नहीं बढ़ रही है क्या करूं

I have been diagnosed with gallstone. Can homeopathy dissolve single gall stone of 4.9mm or is there a need for surgery?

My mother is suffering from slip disc problem.Pain from lower back to Right leg and tingling in both legs below knee. She is talking allopathy treatment but no much improvement.
