My echo report states good left ventricular systolic function with reduced diastolic compliance and no pulmonary arterial hypertension..ecg is normal..cholesterol is -228..triglyceride-160..my bp is 120/100 and used to take rauwolfia q now taking telvas 20..how to improve my diastolic compliance.. Weight is 72..height is 5ft..6 inch..iam taking guatteria gaumeri q for cholesterol

Hello, my concern is Doc prescribed me dulcamara 30(4 pills 3 times) for my urticaria.. I ordered the medicine online it is showing dulcamara 30ch.. But the size is smaller that regular pills.. So how many pills should I take at one time.. Will it be same though the size is different? Not able to connect to doctor right now

Hello Doctors i need some advice here on behalf of my father who is suffering from a fair amount of gas production in both scenarios before n after meals.. I have started giving sompraz d40(allopathic) and himalaya liv 52(This is due to 40 SGOT  Level conducted in liver function test recently few months ago) now situation has improved a little bit marginally. Can anyone confirm any medication here for reducing gas creation please? Another thing which i need to know is that issue is because of liver problem or stomach? also submitted in attachment the liver function test report. Would really appreciate any medicine advice here.
