I'm suffering from sleep problems for past 6 months. My sleep average is 3 hrs ( deep) and 4 hrs ( mild sleep) Please confirm the reason and can it be cured without any side effects.

4-5 years ago my reports for t4 were generally on the higher end. Then i switched from allopathy to homeopathy. I took my medicines for having a cracking voice along with same(name of medicines unknown). My t4 has been normal since 1.5 years but tsh is not. I have been prescribed thyroidinium 6x . Currently I am having extreme hairfall like never felt, migraines often, and palpitations on even slightest change. Please learned people suggest if it will help me with my symptoms, specially hairfall and palpitations & tsh range or not? TIA
