Is this dangerous? Was advised to take around 12 tabs and I took these many at once on twice occasions.

My age is 27 . I was vaccinated of covishield 2 days ago . Then after 2-3 hours of vaccination whole body ache start mostly on waist, back bone, legs and heads. But thermometer reading shows below 98F. Still yesterday I took paracetamol 500 mg and  symptoms decreased but not completely gone and today it has increased a little bit and then I took another paracetamol 500 mg. But this time it is not working , symptoms is continuing, thermometer reading below 98. Please tell what I should do

Hi my son is 5 year old and weight is around 19kgs.He is suffering with constipation from 1 month and usually says a stomach pain near navel area, when diagnoised, it came out Mesenteric Lymphadenitis multiple nodes enlarged 1.5cm. When it comes to hairfall everyone suggest arnica jaborandi. But somewhere I read arnica and jaborandi will blocks dht and helps in hairfall. Blocking dht will cause impotence. Please let me know about your thoughts in this.
