What homeopathy medicine helps instantly digesting undigested food and helps reduce loose motion . ? Can arsenicum album 30CH helps with all this . Coz I'm out of station now and i only have arsenicum album with me .

I get no tears when I cry and under air my eyes become extremely Dry,it's difficult to blink.I have tried all allopathic treatments but nothing worked to cure my problem completely.I don't have any history of any medical disease and my thyroid levels are also normal.About 1.5 years back I was hit by a bad flu during which my eyes watered a lot, got swelled up and since then I developed dry eyes or no tears in my eyes.I was also put on antibiotics like doxycycline for a month but it did not work, can I ever cure?

Dear concern, As per doctor prescribed medicine I just want to know whether helonias dioica can be taken along with all medicine or will I have to take a gap in between helonias and other medicine or can I take it in same water (combination in same water).
