I am suffering from ibs-d since 2.5 years, which has made my life v difficult, in allopathy they say there is no treatment, can it be treated permanently in homeopathy?and is anyone cured through the same?

I have fistual i don't have any pain nothing but there is extra skin coming out from anus.. Can it be healed

I want to use Adapalene gel ( Allopathic medicine ) on my face as prescribed by my dermatologist for acne. So  can I use allopathic medicine after homeopathic after washing my face and giving one two hours gap ?? Will it cause any side effects or reaction .?

Hi actually I'm trying to lose weight, I was obese since many years and have lost around 20kgs in last 6 months with exercise and diet control. Right now I'm around 100kgs, but now I'm not losing weight worth the routine I'm following. Is there any medicine which can help me boost my metabolism and again I see some results with diet and exercise? Please help
