Whats the scope of homoeopathy in treating epulis growth , can it be cured or it has to be excised only

Hello Doctors i need some advice here on behalf of my father who is suffering from a fair amount of gas production in both scenarios before n after meals.. I have started giving sompraz d40(allopathic) and himalaya liv 52(This is due to 40 SGOT  Level conducted in liver function test recently few months ago) now situation has improved a little bit marginally. Can anyone confirm any medication here for reducing gas creation please? Another thing which i need to know is that issue is because of liver problem or stomach? also submitted in attachment the liver function test report. Would really appreciate any medicine advice here.

4-5 years ago my reports for t4 were generally on the higher end. Then i switched from allopathy to homeopathy. I took my medicines for having a cracking voice along with same(name of medicines unknown). My t4 has been normal since 1.5 years but tsh is not. I have been prescribed thyroidinium 6x . Currently I am having extreme hairfall like never felt, migraines often, and palpitations on even slightest change. Please learned people suggest if it will help me with my symptoms, specially hairfall and palpitations & tsh range or not? TIA
