Male 30 y/o Pt- chilly (thermal ( Mild to moderate Fever and Chill Throat Pain - pain in the sides of throat, feel pressure, fullness in the throat Cough- dry, with slight mucus in the throat, followed by sore throat, pain. These Complains more in cold air Previous- Recurrent Tonsil inflammation. Can you please suggest a remedy?

I take homeopathy medicine pareira bravaQ for frequent urination  first then after 1 hour  another ayurvedic medicine for Irritable bowel syndrome. So , this ayurvedic medicine can destroy the effect of homeopathy medicine ???m
