Is there cure for tuberculosis in homoeopathy ..or we must go for allopathy six months treatment regimen only

For how much time 1m potency dose last, 1 week, 2 weeks or a month ? Please tell me is it same for all the 1 m medicines ?

I have been detected with a large uterine fibroid (7.8 cm x 10.8 cmx 7.8 cm) on CT Scan of abdomen. Is there any treatment for this in homeopathy?

I am 28 years old male having chronic indigestion since birth and it is under control by severe food management. I was on antidepressants for depression. I consulted a homopathic  doctor 2 days ago as allopathic treatment is not working any more. I starting taking the medicine but it make me feal like sleepy all the day ,tiredness, drowsiness ,etc . Is it common for homopathic medicines to work that way. Are these side effects may be noticed in the beginning only  or i will feal same side effects drowsiness;sleapiness etc

Hi, I went through a big stress period around July-Aug 2021, Hereditary I have pattern bladness history which was causing little bit reduced on my temple hairline till that time.. Around Aug Last I have notice much more hairfall from all overy scalp than normal which I haven't noticed earlier.. From September 2021 onward I was under homeopathic treatment to control DHT & hairfall.. But I don't see much changes, sometimes less or sometimes more hairfall.. But my hair is getting thin only specifically from the back of my head.. After 6 months of treatment I went to another homeopathic doctor who suggested me to take Syphilinum 200 once in a month & rubrum 30 twice in a day.. I have small white spots on my nails.. Little bit dandruff & itching in my scalp.. Till now I don't have any smooth bald patches in my scalp.. Hair is there but very thin conditions specially in back of the head.. I am noticing that wherever more rubbing is going hair is falling & thinning mostly from there...
