I am suffering from ibs-d since 2.5 years, which has made my life v difficult, in allopathy they say there is no treatment, can it be treated permanently in homeopathy?and is anyone cured through the same?

Hi actually I'm trying to lose weight, I was obese since many years and have lost around 20kgs in last 6 months with exercise and diet control.
