Hello sir/madam after completion of asthama in homeopathy can asthama people take ice creams and cool drinks

Facing severe hairfall and white hair what to do tried several doctors and prescription but nothing work

I have attached the picture of my spine. It has some curvature. Can this be cured by non-surgical means fully by constitutional homeopathy treatment?

I have darkness around mouth.  sometime it looks greyish. I have this issue past 10 years. I don't know the reason for its cause. I used medicated  creams also but it never helped.

I am a pcod patient for the past 5 yrs taking homeopathic medicines but no improvement..my doctor changes medicines everytime I go to him according to my symptoms.. I would like to use Thuja Occidentalis 200ch pellets.. how should I consume it what is the dose? Am having irregular scanty periods, having multiple cysts on both ovaries,hirsutism,cystic acne,androgenic alopecia,weight gain,mood swings and depression.. how many months I have to take this medicine to dissolve the cysts..

My mind is in  fear...i have no proper sleep...not able to think properly...i forget the way of living...mind seems not in senses...

When I lie flat on my back , I feel a pulling feeling in upper stomach just below the chest which is kind of uncomfortable. This does not happen if I lie sideways or on stomach or any other position or if I lie on back where neck is at a raised height. What can it be ?
