My mind is in fear...due to which i am not able to sleep ..i m not able to think properly...not able to do according to present moment...always depressed sad..grief...

My age is 27 .. since few months I'm experiencing high blood pressure like 145/90 to 150/100. My allopathic doctor said that my age doesn't require medication and asked me to start exercising .. im exercising regularly but atleast once in a week I'm experiencing the blood pressure symptoms like nausea neck pain and anxiety. One of my friends said that we may get some good medication in homeopathy.. can any one please help me out .? Do I have any permanent solution ?? I don't want to use this bp medication at this earlier age . Waiting for any positive response . Thank you

My father USG shows 3 stones of 10mm in left kidney and 1 stone of 9mm in gal bladder. He always have constant swelling in his feet. He does not have pain as of now. The consulting doctor prescribed surgery for its removal. I wanted to know if such large stones can be non surgically removed ? How long does it takes usually for removal of it.
