Pterygium with symptoms of blurring vision and sensitivity to light - can it be cured in homoeopathy while allo suggests to go for surgery

Is it a must to remove impacted wisdom tooth / which grows crooked ..or can it be made alright with homoeopathy medicines

I have 5mm and 4mm non obstructive kidney stone in my right kidney calyx. I always having gas and regular burping, always feeling discomfort in middle of the chest and  Some time upper back pain due to gas when I burp it gets relaxed. Also Feeling constipated, I have done ultrasound and ct scan all are fine instead of stone. I am taking Pantaprazole for gas after advised of doctor. But it only reducing the symptoms but not completely cure. So is there any link between gas and stone? Or I have something else?

How long does homeopathy take to cure ibs completely? Also will it be permanent or the it may reappear after some time?

I am suffering from health anxiety and panic attacks from past 1 year. I tried allopathic medicines but they have huge side effects which is increasing my health anxiety even more. Do homoeopathy has treatment in health related anxiety and panic attacks. I also have physical symptoms like fast heart rate and left arm pain and dizziness feeling. My heart reports are normal. I did various tests like ECG, ECHO and TMT all are normal.
