Yes you can take hemoton syrup. In addition the cause behind such low Hb needs to be determined.
Is it only due to dietary insufficiency? In that case a natural iron rich diet will be more effective in increasing the Hb levels. As iron available in natural form is absorbed better than that found in supplements.
In case problems like haemorrhoids, worms, excessive menstrual bleeding, recent surgery/blood loss/ delivery, or any other condition is present , then that needs to be treated appropriately.
