Sir from last 3 years I have swelling in scortom pain is not there but discomfort is there I asked a doctor last year he did not perform any exam but tell it is hydrocele but accidentally yesterday I looked at net and read that it is symptoms of testicular cancer please tell sir the swelling is compressible
