I have chronic Coccyx (Tailbone) pain from last 4 months. I have consulted multiple orthopaedists, but they just prescribe medicines which doesn't provide much relief. Then I took 15 days of Physiotherapy sessions with a Physiotherapist. PT helped me a lot as most of my chronic pain has gone away. The exercises (yoga) also provides some relief. But, now few days after the physiotherapy, the pain is starting to develop again. I develop instant pain if I don't sit on U-shaped coccyx seat (cushion). I can't drive car for more than 15 minutes, Bike riding seems to be a distant dream. As most orthopaedists, talks of medicines, injections or surgery only, Is there any alternative treatment in Homeopathy or Ayurveda? Is there any permanent solution to this ?

Hi, I m suffering from constipation for last 4 months i tried everything with help of doctor but not suitable for me i think,my stool are soft and normal,but i m unable to pass out it completely,feeling like something stuck in my rectum (blocakage types)and due to this i strain myself to pass the stool,but all things failed.kindly advise some medicine..
