What is this? There is very very light pain when pressed. Itchy present. This developed from past 4 months.. Itching present Had chlamydia infection 7 months ago. No new exposure.. Been 10 months Is this hpv wart or folliculitis or something else?? Is this danger? Help please

I was taking homeopathic medicine for some issue, it caused me itchiness as side effects , so I stopped and contacted other homeopathic doctor and started his medicine, His medicine  caused me Left chest pain and breath problem, He told me to drink coffee, I drank coffee for straight 7 days, Then all the side effect went away, So I thought First Homeopathic doctor was better than the second one as it only caused itchiness as side effects. So Now after all side effect went away from drinking coffee, I started First Doctor medicines again and surprisingly they are causing side effect left chest pain and breath issue but previously they didn't do anything like this, I think the second doctor medicine I ate has caused some problem in the body. I think he overdosed me with 7-8 ml of lm2 in the morning and too many other medicines. What should i do now looks like body is now,  not responding good to every homeopathic medicines , since i ate those second doctor medicines. Please Help.

This Question is regarding my Mom Age 56, Her left eye has been twitching since 2013 and it is increasing every year, Now sometime her whole left face twitches, There is never a moment Eye is not Twitching and Eye has gone a little inside also, She went to a neurosurgeon he prescribed botox injection. Our relatives had this problem, they treated them self using ayurvedic medicine but those ayurvedic medicines didn't worked on her. And My mom is also eating homeopathic medicines since Oct 2021 for her Eye twitching and Back pain but there is absolutely no relief, doctor initially said eat at least six months and now it's already six months. She is on := Ginkgo biloba, kali phosphoricum 6x, R71 sciatica drops And three other medicines which don't have name on bottle. Can her Eye Twitching Be treated using Homeopathic Medicine or Are we Just wasting Time. One Neurosurgeon Also Laughed at us For eating homeopathic medicine. Please Help and Guide.

My wife is suffering from deep infiltrating endometriosis. She had laproscopic removal of cyst of 13 cms a year ago ,she was prescribed luprolide 11.25mg injection after surgery ,due to which she didn't have period for 4 months. But the cyst reoccurred only after 4-5 months of surgery . And the size has grown from 6cm to 11.4 cm in few months. Is surgery the only solution now or can there be medicine to treat her.
