From my childhood I have body odour problem & almost tried everything , already some of homeopathy med but not working and BO is getting worse. Can it be controlled?even tried miradry

My daughter is having redness and itching on her eyes from past 2 years. We consulted many eyes doctor every one said it is eyes allergy. They  prescribed steroid drops. We want to know if homeopathy has any answer of Vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC).

My name is Kunal das. I have been suffering from stammering problem since when I was 7yrs and when I was school stammering problem didn't affected me much. But when I passed my 10 th board and went to college stammering problem became extreme and also anxiety disorder and panic attacks are also there. Till today I have been suffering from the problem. My problem became too much that I cannot speak any word fluently and cannot express myself in front of others. So when I try to speak some words starting like Sushant, Situation, pooja, and my name kunal. My complete mouth part and tongue gets into trembling and breathing problems occurs while speaking. And I have to make too much energy to get the words out of my mouth. So I went for allopathy treatment Dr suggested me some medication and the day when I don't take any medicine I cannot speak anything. Recently I went for homeopathy I purchased online medicine but after taking 21 days of homeopathy there is no improvement in my condition.

Is homeopathy safe in  case of Non alcoholic steateo hepatitis? I want to get treatment for dust allergy but I have NASH too. As homeopathy medicines contain alcohol will it be safe?

My usg of liver done in march is normal but recently my Sgpt is 57 and sgot is 22..cholesterol is 213...doctor gave me caesus marinus q foe high Sgpt and guatteria gumeri q for high cholesterol..is it ok or do i need some other medicine for proper liver function..hepatitis b vaccinated and hbsag was done last yr was negative ..hcv was negative..I gad mild jaundice when I was around 12yrs but was treated ...now iam 46yrs.
