I have thyroid since 7-8 years however is controlled total TSH 2.64. Can hemopathy cure thyroid permanently?

I am suffer with sneezing and watery, itchy eyes from past 2 months. I have visited Pulmonologist and ENT specialist for this and they informed that I have sinus issue. I have done my CT PNS scan as well today. After seeing reports doctor suggested me to go for a surgery because there is some swelling happening in the nose. Can we cure this sinus and swelling in the nose permanently with homeopathy? I have a 1 year old baby I am feeding her now if I go for homeopathy any side effects will be there for her?
