Iam taking  crategeus q 10 drops per day for heart (left ventricular dilation)and telvas 20 My question does crategus q reactwith telvas 20..I felt dizyy and numbness did ecg which was normal

I felt mouth bitter in the morning or whenever I woke up from sleep. And feeling abdominal pain , cramp in stomach and gastric.
