Homeopathy Doctor give me medicine for acidity..and he said take medicine whenever you want ...before food or after food...whenever you want ...but just i want to know that ...when medicine work properly or more effective .. before food or after food ...plz suggest

I have hairfall issue since 2019 but when hairfall stated it's like normal hairfall with no difference in my scalp but after in 2020 i got  like 1-2 week,  after Doctor consultation he's said it's lymph node swollen in my neck so he prescribed many Allopathic medicine after that! I have faced heavy hair and till the date my hairfall haven't stop yet! So that it's only From my frontal and tample areas have hairfall issue in my scalp! In frontal area hair is thin. i haven't any addictions In my family my elder brother have same issue but he's hair gone! Like baldness! I think it's male-pattern baldness. Hair is lost in a well-defined pattern, beginning above both temples. Over time, the hairline recedes to form a characteristic "M" shape. it can be DHT too! So can it be cure? I just really want to Stop this Hairfall!!!

Hi Dr. My son is taking homeopathy medicines for cough since 2 months but there is no much difference in the cough. He coughs in the night, day. Nowadays he passes motion once he takes food. Maybe 4-5 times a day. Cough is not reduced and this passing motion is too much. Can someone tell me is there a cure for it.
