I have problem of same thoughts going in my mind again and again . The words i say to calm myself keep on repeating themselves in my mind after few minutes . Once i get busy the thoughts dnt come but after that they come back . Whats happening to me , please help and can homeopathy treat my problem permanently ?

Hello drs ,I m Atul from Agra,I m suffering last 2 year's unknown diseases. My treatment under alopathy for two months every physician n gastro said every thing normal. All test reports normal ie liped profile,kft,lft,CBC,sugar,thiriod,every blood test normal last 2 year's. ECG endoscopy food pipe ultrasound, chest X-ray, cheat lung rtct, normal. But my chest pain in center last 2 year almost. My running age 45 years. My daily life routine start with warm water honey,lemonetc jeera change every day, walking running yoga meditation,Pooja with healthy diet. Kabhi kabhi short breathing , uneasyness and fear of death specially disease like heart'related, cancer related food pipe . Every homeopathy doctor this is anxiety problem, treatment for this only 4 months,but suprised my treatment undergoes last may 2021. Please see my attachment,than concluded my problems. Local homeopathy doctor had given me acid uric 30 for high uric acid in blood...after one month uric taking 4 drops in water uric acid has come down to 7.0...doctor has told me to take now alternate days but for how long he did not mention..and last week he has died suddenly... Now i don't know how long to continue the medicine as is there any side effects if I take acid uricum 30..dr.reck weg brand for six months more..plz advise
