Dear doctor, My wife is 32 years old and suffering heavy pain while passing motion since 15 days. She is crying sometimes. We went to doctor and he told us piles and gave Lactulose solution  for 10 days and told us come back after few days. Then again we went and he told us that it is fisher. Again he told us to continue the same solution and she is using the same. Today she is suffering heavy pain. Doctor is not available today. We thought to use homeopath medicine and I went to homeopath shop and bought PILEN, PILELEX and R13 drops. We want to use these for some days. Are these really give relief?
