I m sufffering from overthinking ...how to avoid it...i am unable to sleep at night...suggest better ways to come out of this...

I have been taking homeopathy for 7 months for fistula. There has been no improvement whatsoever. Is it better to get surgery done now rather than waiting for homeopathy to perform. Or does it genuinely have solution for fistula. Has any homeopathy doctor actually cured fistula for any of his/her patient .
