Nose bleeding due very hot weather now a days, only once bleeding happened, now no contant bleeding,

I am taking telvas 20 since 4months now ..will I ever be free from bp medicine..I tried a lot of homeopathy but no changes had to go back to allopathy... Even my homeopathy doctor whom I consult takes telma 40 ..so no use I believe as he used to give me rauwolfia q and crategeus q which was of no use only temporarily

I went to homeopathy doctor Told him I had covid in first wave since then I have breathing problem After taking medicine or travelling don't know what's reason My symptoms increased First I had only little breathing problem Now symptoms I have headache, breathing problem increased,body pain, chest pain, Feels tired, muscle pain from last 4 days Is it aggravation or something else should I stop medicine?
