Homeopathy medicine acid phos and phosphoric acid are same or different medicine ??? I want to know it

My doc said that my cortisol receptors are conpromised after taking a weight gainer containing steriods ( glucocortisteroids).. That's y i am not able to handle cold weather , cold sensivity increased, increased urination , dehydration, sudden wake up in the early morning, weight fluctuations etc Does homeopathy helps in cortisol receptors resistance treatment ?
