Vitamin d deficiency
Hello..my vitamin d levels are 16...can I take calcera phos along with uprise d3 ? Or should only take either of this two?

You can take both. D rise sachet has to be taken in half glass of water once in week only. Calcarea Phos 6x take daily 3 times half hr before meal .

Calc Phos is not for vitamin D. For vitamin D take proper diet and have 15-20 mins sun bath early morning. Also take proper homeopathic treatment for maximum benefits.
