Cholecalciferol is a commonly prescribed form of Vitamin D, but the exact dosage and duration depend on your current deficiency level and body requirement. Taking it without proper guidance can sometimes lead to imbalance or excess levels.

Hello. Vitamin D deficiency is quite common nowadays due to limited sun exposure and dietary factors. If vitamin D levels are only insufficient the proper sunlight exposure will help. If it is deficit or very poor, need to take 6000IU of vit D supplements once a week based on the levels. It is advisable to check with doctor before taking the supplements. Homoeopathy medicine helps in vitamin D metabolism. You can take homoeopathic medicines along with the supplements for best results. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

Vitamin D deficiency is very common nowadays — especially among people working indoors for long hours, with limited sunlight exposure. While homeopathic medicines can help improve absorption and balance metabolism, Vitamin D itself (from diet or sunlight) must still be replenished.
Health Tips
Get 15–20 minutes of sunlight exposure on face and arms daily (preferably before 10 AM). Include natural vitamin D–rich foods: mushrooms, eggs, fish, fortified milk, and almonds. Maintain a balanced diet with calcium and magnesium sources (sesame seeds, leafy greens). Avoid excess tea, coffee, and carbonated drinks, as they reduce calcium absorption. Stay physically active — even a 30-minute walk helps maintain bone metabolism.

Hello! I completely understand your concern Vitamin D deficiency is very common today due to limited sunlight exposure, irregular lifestyle, and digestive absorption issues. While supplements can temporarily raise your levels, the key is to correct the underlying imbalance that prevents your body from naturally absorbing and utilizing Vitamin D. In homeopathy, we don’t just replace Vitamin D we help your body restore its own ability to absorb and metabolize nutrients efficiently, by balancing your endocrine, digestive, and immune systems. The exact remedy depends on your constitution, lifestyle, and associated symptoms (like fatigue, muscle pain, bone weakness, mood changes, or sleep issues). Some commonly indicated remedies include Calcarea carb, Natrum mur, Silicea, and Phosphorus but the right one must be selected after studying your complete case. When given properly, homeopathic treatment works gently, deeply, and without side effects, unlike synthetic supplements that often need lifelong intake. At Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, we have helped many patients with chronic Vitamin D deficiency regain energy, bone strength, and hormonal balance naturally. I would recommend a detailed consultation so we can understand your full case and design a treatment that suits you personally. You can read patient experiences and learn more about our holistic approach here: www.healthglobalclinics.com Or view our Google reviews to see how patients have benefited: Search “Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic, Vijayanagar, Bangalore” on Google. Once we identify your constitutional remedy, your Vitamin D levels can improve naturally — from within. Warm regards, Dr. Jyoti Kadkol Founder – Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic Vijayanagar, Bangalore www.healthglobalclinics.com
